Welcome to my Man & Woman of the Year home page!
CANCER DOES NOT CARE….But I do!
DID YOU KNOW…“Approximately every 4 minutes one person in the United States is diagnosed with a blood cancer disease.”
DID YOU KNOW…“Approximately every 10 minutes someone in the U.S. dies from a blood cancer.”
DID YOU KNOW… Because of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) continued advancements over the years, blood cancer survival rates are doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.
No, no one in my immediate family has ever been directly affected by a blood cancer disease, but I understand that “cancer does not care.” Leukemia does not care how old you are. Lymphoma does not care about race or gender. Myeloma does not care about your wealth or the lack thereof.
I have chosen to be proactive. Before this life-altering disease affects my wife, my 3-year old daughter, myself, or you, I have chosen to join forces with LLS to raise funds to ensure continued research, provide financial assistance to those in need, and deposit back into the lives of those young and old who deserve the best care available.
You too can be proactive in this fight against blood cancer. Here’s how you can help:
Click the green DONATE NOW button to the right of your screen. Every dollar I raise counts as one vote and the candidate who gets the most votes (raises the most money) will be named the Man or Woman of the Year. More importantly, you have joined the fight!
Support me in this endeavor by making a donation to my campaign today.
Cancer does not care, but I do…and I pray you do too.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.
